Welcome to DROPSHIPNEXT (https://dropshipnext.com), a service owned and operated by FOP Maistrenko Yurii (registered sole proprietor in Ukraine). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, platform, tools, and content (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About DROPSHIPNEXT

DROPSHIPNEXT is a platform that provides users with access to product data and updates from various suppliers, enabling easier listing and selling of those products across marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.

The Service does not act as a marketplace, reseller, or intermediary in transactions between you and third-party platforms or suppliers.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the site beyond its intended use.

  • Do not interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

  • Do not attempt to bypass any access controls or rate limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

5. Data Sources and Availability

We gather product data from publicly available sources and supplier websites. However, data availability is subject to the suppliers’ own terms, access limitations, and possible changes. DROPSHIPNEXT does not guarantee data completeness or accuracy.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Service may be available via paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design elements on DROPSHIPNEXT are the property of FOP Maistrenko Yurii unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOP Maistrenko Yurii shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poltava region.
